shh about the bolt. The bolt isn't actiually doing anything other than chilling. E13 sold me a guide with the wrong type of bolts (Unusable!). I scrounged 2, but was not able to find a third.

I have it spaced like a 68 atm. Big mistake. Anyhooo.. moving on.

yeah, they do so it is spaced wrong. It was confusing, because it was a 68mm. Than they sent me a new frame - exactly the same.. until after 2 broken bb's we realized there was a difference - a 73mm. Anyhow, properly spaced, a chainguide appears impossible

Hells yes! 450 would probably be closer to what an average person my weight would want.. but I do like the 500! Me with gear does equal like 180ish though
